For Promotion of the Huonville Lions Football Club to tier one competition (Premier League) within the AFL Southern Tasmania Football League

A Time frame of 3 to 6 years as per AFL Southern Tasmania License agreement

For the Huonville Lions Football Club to work in partnership with AFL Southern Tasmania and AFL Tasmania and the Huon Valley community to develop a club structure,” family friendly” facilities and support base to be a long term viable AFL Southern Tasmania tier one (Premier League) football club for the Huon Valley.

Huonville Lions Football Club wishes to provide a pathway for the youth of the Huon Valley Municipality to play football within a framework that encompasses a high level of community pride and sportsmanship, to develop their skills and harness their natural talent. Our aim is to enable all players of the Huon Valley to achieve their aspirations in Australian Rules Football, be it - AFL Southern Tasmania Premier League, VFL (Tas Devils) or the AFL, while still playing for or having involvement in the region that they grow up in and /or played youth aged football for.
