A Brief History
Dodges Ferry Football Club formed in 1978 and joined the Tasman Association.
The club is known as the "Sharks" and have been a very successful on field team over past years winning premierships in the following years.
Seniors - 1979, 1980, 1984, 1989, 1990 & 1991.
Reserves - 1979, 1980, 1989, 1990, 1999 & 2001
The club fields teams in Super Rules, Seniors and Reserves plus two junior teams. There are also two cricket teams playing under the "Sharks" banner in the Tasman Association.
The club joined the SFL for the 2002 season after the collapse of the Tasman Association. It will play in Division Two.
